1. The service

Elpis Care is a mobile app provided by ELPİS ÖZEL SAĞLIK HİZMETLERİ MEDİKAL İNŞAAT TURİZM TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ that gives transplant and dialysis patients medicine reminders, an emergency card, medicine and healthy-living information, and a way to send reports to their centre.

2. Not medical advice

The information in the app is general information. It does not diagnose, does not recommend treatment and does not replace your doctor. Always ask your doctor before starting, stopping or changing a medicine. The absence of a warning or information about a medicine does not mean it is suitable for you.

3. Emergencies

Elpis Care is not an emergency service and does not send live alerts to your team. In an emergency, call the emergency number of the country you are in.

4. Reminders

Alarms depend on your phone's settings, battery management and permissions. They may not ring if the phone is off, silenced or permissions are turned off. Taking your medicines remains your responsibility.

5. Content and sources

Health content is based on current clinical guidelines and summaries of product characteristics and has been reviewed by a physician. Guidelines change; the content is updated regularly but is not guaranteed to be complete and current at all times.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Elpis is not liable for indirect damage arising from the use or unavailability of the app.

7. Privacy

How your personal data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction. Your statutory consumer rights are reserved.
